Denim and trousers
Denim jeans and woven trousers for men's and women's ranges. Denim installed capacity: 20,000 pieces per day, supported by automated production.
Woven tops
Buttoned-collar shirts: 12,000 pieces per day, with automation. Women's woven tops: 20,000 pieces per day, in cotton, polyester, rayon and blends.
Knitwear
T-shirts and other knitted garment styles. Knitwear capacity: 20,000 pieces per day.
Home Textiles
Bed linen
Woven bed linen capacity: 15,000 pieces per day. Duvet cover sets with zipper, flap, button or bottle-flap closures; flat and fitted sheets, pillow shells and packed sheet sets.
Knitted fitted sheets
Jersey fitted sheets in viscose, bamboo, modal, cotton, polyester and blends, with melange, stripe and print effects. Installed capacity: 250,000 units per month. GSM 120-280 depending on blend and requirements.
Filled bedding
Comforters, quilts, bedspreads, cushions and pillows.
Other home textiles
Curtains, table and kitchen linen, plus bedding for hotels and institutions.
Fabric options
Percale, sateen, jacquard, dobby, twill, seersucker, flannel, chambray, slub and yarn-dyed fabrics. Cotton, linen and microfibre options.
